Can I set up automatic report generation so I can get reports through email?
The account owner/admin can set up the report distribution. You can decide who receives which of these reports.
To set up the report distribution, click Settings > Email summaries in the left hand navigation panel.
You will see the Email summaries page where you can set up automated report distribution:
Enter email address of the person who should receive the report in the Add existing Team Members or Add new Team Members field.
Click Add Member Report button. The person will be added to report distribution list and appear in the Reports section on the page.
Select the Project name in the Projects column and select the Check box for the reports the person should receive.
Click Save Changes to save the settings.
