How do I change a team member's email address?
You cannot change the email address of a team member. But the team member can change it by following these steps:
- Log into HiveDesk web application at app.hivedesk.com
- Click Settings > General in the left hand navigation column
- Enter new Email Address in the Email address field.
- Click Save changes button
