How do I see the screenshots from my team members' computer?

The Screenshot Report shows screenshots captured by HiveDesk desktop application from your team members’ computers.


You can generate the screenshot report individually for each team member. You can generate one report for all projects or separate reports for each project.

The screenshots help you verify if your team members are working on the right thing. It’s most useful when a new member joins your team and you are not sure about the person's work process. You can look at this report a couple of time a week to ensure the person is working as expected and give appropriate feedback to the person. Once you have established baseline expectation and trust with the person, you may use this report less frequently.

To generate this report, click Reports > Screenshot report in the left hand navigation column.




On the Screenshot report page, select the team member the whose report you want to see from Team members dropdown. Then select the Project and Date Range for the report. 
Click Generate button to run the report.


You will see the screenshot report for the selected team member and project.


Click the Create PDF button to if you want a PDF version of the report.
