How do I upgrade to a paid account?
Follow these steps to upgrade to a paid plan or change your plan:
- Log into your account.
- Click Settings > Billing in the left navigation menu.
- Click Change My Plan button.
- Select your desired plan from the list of plans under Plan Options..
- Click Submit button.
- You'll be taken to our billing solution provider Chargebee's site for updating the credit card.
Please note that HiveDesk does not store your credit card information.
