I have not received a PDF of my screenshot report to my email yet. Is there anything I should do?
For the larger PDF's it takes a while to generate
the PDF. The system normally sends out the email once the process is complete.
There could be a possibility of the email being delivered to your spam folder.
You can also find the PDF in the “Reports >> Screenshot Report PDF
