What's the difference between 'Project time' and 'Active time' in the summarized timesheet report?
The Project time is the total time logged in a work
session whereas the active time is a portion of the total where keyboard and
mouse activity was registered.
If there is no keyboard or mouse activity for 60 seconds, HiveDesk records it as inactive time.
As an example, let's say a team member logged 8 hours in HiveDesk on a particular day. If the person did not use keyboard or mouse for 90 minutes, it will be considered inactive time. So the report will show 8:00 hours as Project time and 6.5 hours as Active time.
