Where do I enter a new credit card number?

Follow these steps to update your credit card information:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click Settings > Billing in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click Update card button.
  4. You'll be taken to our billing solution provider Chargebee's site for updating the credit card. 

 Please note that HiveDesk does not store your credit card information.
